Grapes: selection of ancient Sangiovese grape clones
Aging: in French and Slavonian oak 30 hl casks for 18 months
Alcohol: 13,50 % vol.
Tasting notes: intense black cherry, plum and blueberry flavor, with light scents of cloves and dark chocolate. Elegant and powerful taste, harmonic and rich of noble tannins, with excellent taste and smell correspondences.
Serving temperature: 18°C
Food matches: red meat, game, seasoned cheeses.
